Patrivox uses Mistral OCR, a cutting-edge European technology. Your documents are analyzed page by page with exceptional accuracy.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is hosted in France on Scaleway servers. We are 100% GDPR compliant.
What's the difference between administrators and readers?
Administrators can import and edit documents (limited seats per plan). Readers can browse and search — they are unlimited and free.
Can the AI chat make up answers?
No. Our AI system only responds based on your documents. Each answer cites its exact sources.
Can I bulk import documents?
Yes! Single upload: files up to 250 MB. Batch import (Association+ plan): files up to 1 GB via an S3 client.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! Nonprofits and associations get 15% off all plans upon presentation of their registration documents.
